Turkey Chili

I hate how most chilis taste heavy and greasy. Here's a great alternative: ground turkey. It's leaner and cleaner than ground beef...and, it's cheaper.

2 lbs ground turkey
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 tbsp chili powder
dash paprika
dash cumin
1 28oz can tomatoes
1 can black beans
1/4 can water (use bean can)

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large stock pot. Saute until turkey is browned and onions are clear. Keep the mix moving or garlic will scorch. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes or until reduced by about half.
